OneSocialX Privacy Notice

This notice supplements the Identiq Infotech Privacy Policy and applies specifically to OneSocialX and its Instagram integration. Where the two differ on OneSocialX, this notice applies.

OneSocialX is operated by Identiq Infotech, Hall No 403, Dhara Trade Center, Mota Varachha, Surat — 394101, India. It sends an automatic Instagram direct message when someone comments a keyword on your post.

What we collect through Instagram

• Your account details. Username, account ID, account type and profile picture of the Instagram Business or Creator account you connect.
• An access token. Issued by Meta when you approve the connection. It allows us to read comments on your posts and send direct messages on your behalf.
• Comments. On posts covered by your automations: the comment text, and the commenter's Instagram username and ID.
• Messages we sent. A record of each direct message we delivered for you.

What we do with it

We use this information for one purpose: to run the automations you set up. We match comments against your keywords and send the message you wrote.

We do not sell your data. We do not sell or share your followers' data. We do not use comments or messages for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine learning models.

How the access token is protected

The access token is the most sensitive thing we hold, and we treat it like a password. It is stored on our servers only. It is never sent to the mobile app or to a web browser, and no client application can read it. Only our backend can use it, and only to carry out the automations you configured.

Who else processes it

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — we use the official Instagram API to read comments and send messages.
• Google Firebase — our authentication, database and server functions run on Google Cloud infrastructure.

We use no advertising networks, analytics brokers or data resellers.

How long we keep it

Account and automation data is kept while your account is open. If you disconnect an Instagram account, its stored access token is deleted immediately. To remove everything, see Data Deletion.

Your choices

• Disconnect your Instagram account at any time from inside the app.
• Turn any automation off without deleting it.
• Revoke our access directly in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
• Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at developer@identiqinfotech.com.

Children

OneSocialX is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 13.
