Keywords in any script

Keep keywords simple and distinctive: matching is not case-sensitive and finds the keyword anywhere in a comment, even inside other words. How to set it up

Connect your Instagram professional account through Meta's official login. Create an automation, choose a post, pick a keyword or any comment, and paste your Hindi or Gujarati message into the DM box. You can write the public comment reply in the same language, for example "DM भेज दिया है!" or "DM મોકલી દીધો છે!". Turn on follow-to-unlock (available on the Pro plan) if you want each post to grow your following too.

Tips for writing in Hindi and Gujarati

A few small choices make regional language DMs read naturally:

• Write the way your audience talks. Everyday Hindi or Gujarati with a few English words often feels friendlier than formal language.
• Keep words like link, order, size and booking in English if that is what your followers use.
• Use respectful forms such as आप in Hindi and તમે in Gujarati for new customers.
• Read the message on your phone before saving it, to check the script displays well.
• Keep the link on its own line so it is easy to tap.

If your audience is mixed, you can write the DM in two short parts, one in English and one in Hindi or Gujarati, so everyone understands it.
